“Young in spirit, ageless in pride”, Youngstown, NY is a situated in the Northwest most corner of the state of New York, across the Niagara River sits Canada and just 11 miles north of Niagara Falls.
Youngstown has several waterfront parks at the lower end of the Niagara River and Lake Niagara. Home to the Level Regatta, one of the largest freshwater sailing competitions in the world. This event is held annually the last weekend in July.
Youngstown Concert Series at Faulkner Park is another popular summertime favorite.
Named after John Young, the village of Youngstown was established in 1854. Rich in history starting when LaSalle built a small fort in 1670. In 1727 the French built the “Castle” which is the foundation of Old Fort Niagara, the largest attraction in Youngstown.
