Niagara Falls is just waiting for the right visionaries to come along. I came back to Western New York earlier this year and chose to work in Niagara Falls. I guess that makes me one of those visionaries. I drive around Niagara Falls and I just see it, I can feel the electricity in the air, it is coming.  I have not seen so much excitement in such a long time it is refreshing.  After experiencing two years of a down market in Florida to see opportunity and positive movement is very exciting. Â

Spitzer made a call for proposals to show results fast in Niagara Falls. “We’re going to make this happen, and we’re going to do it quickly,” Spitzer said “This is a city that is just poised for dramatic development.” Niagara Falls NY is definitely an area of growth and there is such potential for it. It is going to take visionaries to make it happen, and there is opportunity.  Do you have a plan? Â

It’s nice to see a website that’s up to date. I especially like the subtitle “Recently Updated Posts” with the first article underneath involving Ole Elliot. For a site that attracts so many visitors and ranks high on a google search, there should be more time spent on keeping it current.
Joshua — I was doing just that — updating some older posts at the time.
