Niagara Falls has a wide selection of Investment properties for sale.   Here is the current market report for the City of Niagara Falls including DeVeaux and LaSalle:

  • As of today, there are 103 active listings and 15 pending/under contract listings in the City of Niagara Falls with an average list price of $50,139.  The highest list priced multi-family unit (2-4 units) is listed for $159,000 the lowest list price is $5,900.
