Anyone else seeing their miles per gallon going down?
Â
As a Realtor I put a lot of miles on my car and it seems I am filling up a lot sooner than before, yet I am doing less driving.  So my interest was sparked when I saw a sign at Mobil stating that they do not use Ethanol.  I have had conversations with many of my friends that we are all experiencing the same problem.  Could this be the difference?
So I did a little experiment.  I tracked the gas mileage on the car and I am seeing an increase in miles per gallon… So Western New York… I have a question for you:
Anyone else seeing a difference in the performance of their cars as the prices increase?
Mobil is a penny or two more a gallon, yet if I am seeing an increase in gas mileage.  Guess Mobil is getting more of my business…
