I work with Real Estate buyers and sellers. Occasionally I am asked if I know about a rental available, or I have an Investor that needs help finding a tenant. One of the best places to search for a rental is still the newspaper and Craigslist. You can find a rental directly from the source. I did find a helpful site that you may find as a resource in your search for a place to rent or to find a renter.

Renters can search for properties for sale at http://www.apartmentsbuffalo.com/
Landlords
List WNY apartments, condos, houses, or lofts for rent on Apartments Buffalo.com and reach WNY renters online! It’s easy:
1. Create your “Landlord Account”
2. Login to your new Account
3. Click the “Create New Listing” icon to list your rental
4. Follow the instructions to Activate your listing
