I pass this home a couple of times a week, and folks this has location… Behind it is Deerwood Golf Course and in front of it is a charming park with tons of flowers situated on Tonawanda Creek. This North Tonawanda single-family brick ranch home for sale features:

I did what any buyer would do and Google the address after calling was not much success; and guess what? I got Google Map and a lot of links to totally unrelated information on page one. Most people do not go past page 1…. Now after I post this article about 1764 Sweeney Street in North Tonawanda NY 14120, this should appear somewhere on page one. Don’t you want someone that knows how to make that happen represent your sale?
Realtor® that I am I do a quick search on the Multiple Listing Service, no listing. I then went to the tried and true Tonawanda News, there must be an ad there and you will never guess, no ad! Not to be detoured, I then went to the major Valuation sites*, the one beginning with a Z — no not there, but I made sure I added a photograph of the outside. Over at the other one beginning with a T nope, just a generic listing of basic information from the tax rolls.
Check the popular For Sale By Owner websites, nope this home can’t be found there. Guess what? Unless you pass this home, you would have no idea it was for sale! This is one of those homes that home buyers really want. It is a shame it is not reaching the intended audience.
