Many times I am asked what are the tax rates for particular communities.  Each time I list a home for sale, I check with the municipality.  The list below should be used as an estimate.

These numbers are as of April 20, 2010 here is the estimated taxes for each Erie County municipality.  You should check with the municipality for exact rates.  Rates change and in several communities there are additional assessments in what are called special districts.
