Who really wants to live in Buffalo?

A lot more people than you think are relocating to Buffalo, and for many varied reasons. Buffalo NY takes a lot of jokes about the snow and a lot of negative press with it being one of the fastest dying cities. Yes people do leave Western New York, but people leave for many reasons.
