Living on the water is a dream for many. But when you think of waterfront living many times you think of Florida or California and being a snowbird to enjoy such living. Buffalo NY is not the first place many people think about Waterfront living around the country, and yet we have a spectacular one! And compared to what people pay in Florida or California, those condos on the Buffalo Waterfront are a tremendous deal! One of the communities in the Waterfront area of Downtown Buffalo is an impressive high rise condo named Admiral’s Walk.
I have two active qualified buyers right now looking to purchase in Admirals Walk – if you are considering selling your Admirals Walk we need to talk!
