University of Buffalo South campus is full of activity. Now is the time many parents are looking to purchase a home in the area so their children who attend school at UB have a place to live and help defray the living expenses. Over all there are:

  • 35 multi-family homes for sale in the UB area with an average list price of $54,900. Highest listed at $339,900 and the lowest listed at $30,700.
  • There are currently 6 pending multi-family homes in the UB area
  • In the past 30 days there has been 3 closed sales ranging in price from $5,000 to $31,556 with an average sold price of $17,685 and spending an average of 29 days on the market.
  • Year to date there has been a total of 29 closed sales of multi-family homes in the UB area selling for an average of $64,363 and spending an average of 72 days on the market. Highest sold $240,000 (307 Days on the market) and Lowest sold $5,000 (zero days on the market)
