• in the Town of Niagara thare are currently 22 Active listings with an average list price of $88,419.  The highest list priced home in the Town is listed for $179,900 and the lowest is $18,900.
• There are a total of 8 pending/under contract homes at this time.
• The Absorption rate is 6 months, which indicates we are still in a Buyers Market in the Town of Niagara
