There has been a little (ok a lot!) excitement here in Buffalo this week with TO arriving for the Buffalo Bills organized activities. You would have to live under a rock to not notice all the goings on around town. On Tuesday, TO spent some time house hunting on the Buffalo Waterfront after previously checking out Clarence and Orchard Park for homes. There was the Rock Star Welcome and the VH-1 cameras rolling on Sunday and the whole community of Western New York is caught up in the TO mania.
If you are thinking of selling your Luxury Buffalo Area home, rest assured not every home buyer shops with an entourage. And when they have reached celebrity status most times don’t really enjoy all the attention. It is just the rare few that really want all that attention.
I know, I used to work at Radio City Music Hall in New York City years ago. I learned there, that Celebrities are normal every day people. In fact many were down to earth and great to deal with. They were also deeply private. If you have the opportunity to have a celebrity tour your home, you may want to respect that.
Just in case you do have a celebrity tour your home for sale, you might just want to make sure that your Buffalo Luxury Home is clean and looking the best it can! You wouldn’t want to hear about the nightmare showing they had on Jay Leno or David Letterman or in their Twitter stream…
