Many of the people I talk to are on the fence because they are crippled at the thought of getting into the market at the wrong time. Maybe rates will go lower…..maybe I can get that dream home for another 10% less than it is today….etc.
The sense of urgency that I see is a window of opportunity where home prices are amazingly low, and interest rates are at a 40 year low. If that is not the perfect storm to get a buyer off the fence, it is likely they are not a buyer at all.
