Position: Buyer’s Agent
We are growing and we are looking to add a Buyer’s Agent to work in Western New York! Currently we have several clients in the Buffalo Niagara Falls Region and more work than we can handle! Looking to add an experienced Buyer’s Agent to our team.
Perhaps you are looking for a new brokerage and looking for something that is different. Or you might be tired of doing it all as an independent agent and would enjoy the benefits of a team. Either way we need to talk!
Qualities we are looking for are in a candidate include Buyer’s Agents that can answer YES to:
- Are you an AMBITIOUS Licensed Real Estate Salesperson interested in being a Buyers Agent?
- Enjoy working with people, able to work a flexible schedule?
- Have at least two years Real Estate Experience?
- Are you highly motivated, cheerful and have a willingness to learn?
- Do you live in Niagara or Erie County and have a desire to work in these counties?
- Possess great negotiation skills and not afraid to use them?
- Can you follow directions?
- Have a professional appearance?
- Can you research and process information effectively?
- Do you want to work in a professional setting with an amazing team?
- Have great time management skills?
- Comfortable working on the Internet and using software applications:
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher & Outlook
- Using Internet Browsers Internet Explorer and Modzilla Firefox
- Using Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin)
