Yesterday the Buffalo News reported about the Avant condos which will be the most expensive condos in the Buffalo area. It wasn’t all that long ago that the Miami Beach Real Estate market was pushing the limit…
Over at the Sellsius Real Estate Blog shared with everyone yesterday about this opportunity.
Veterans Retreat is raffling off a 1 bedroom condo in Miami Beach. A maximum of 7,000 tickets will be sold for $100 each. One lucky person will win the condo ( video here) and also receive a 1-year free membership to the South Florida Boxing Gym. If a minimum of 5,000 tickets are not distributed, the “condo” prize will be substituted for a “cash” prize equal to 50% of the net proceeds received from the raffle.
The winner will be chosen on April 15, 2009.
Have to admit that it sounds awfully appealing with the winter that we have had this year!
