I personally have been involved with family run property management in Florida, and I do not want to be a Property Manager. My strengths lie in the marketing of Real Estate and assisting buyers and sellers achieve their goals. I want to focus on the buying and selling of Real Estate.
Property Management is a discipline all its own. One that an Agent cannot do both well. Many say they can, but I know better. It is so important that we are looking to find a licensed NY State Property Manager to work with our clients. Are you that experienced NY State Licensed Property Manager? We have several out of state clients with multiple properties that need Property Management.
